SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders for Greece are shipped by courier company "ELTA Courier".
Products that are in stock are shipped within the same day upon receipt of the order and if it was placed by 12:00. For products that are not in stock you are informed of the shipment by e-mail.
The shipping cost is indicated in your shopping cart during the processing of the order and depends on the weight, the shipping area and the payment method.
Free shipping for retail orders with total value over 250€. Free delivery within Attica or delivery to an agency of your choice for wholesale orders with a total value of more than 250€.
Orders placed on Friday (after 12:00), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
The delivery time ranges from 1-3 working days. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day the transport company receives the order from our warehouses. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the bill of lading number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the partner carrier's site.
Orders are delivered Monday - Friday and hours 9:00 - 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. If someone is not available for delivery, the carrier will leave a message with a contact number where you should call to re-arrange your delivery.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you must receive the parcel, based on legislation that protects online shops. In case the product does not satisfy you, you can then (within 15 days) return it as stated in the returns policy. If for any reason, a parcel is not accepted, or is not received by the recipient at their own risk, they will be required to pay the total cost of the shipping and return shipping costs of the parcel.
