GENERAL TERMS
The website BEV.GR is the online store of the company BEV - STERIOTIS Bros., accessible to all internet users. The website is managed by Afoi Sterioti O.E., a Greek company based at Panachaikou 35, P.C. 15344, Gerakas, with VAT No. 099116360 and GEMI No.: 84927502000. The company's website offers for sale automation systems and other items for all internet users who navigate the website and wish to be directly informed about the products offered by our company in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, always subject to the sufficiency of the company's stocks. Users/buyers must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Any product ordered through the website assumes that you have read and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, acceptance does not require the user's handwritten signature. These terms and conditions are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law and users acknowledge the company's right to modify provisions of these terms and conditions, insofar as they do not relate to legally binding obligations and without affecting finality. The user of the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them. These terms may be subject to modifications, the terms in force are those in force on the date of execution of the order. The user may save and print the terms of use.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, solely and exclusively with respect to the transaction between them on the Internet. The Terms of Use shall apply at all stages necessary for the user to place the order and receive confirmation thereof, as agreed between the parties. These terms are the only document governing the relationship between the parties, cancelling and replacing any other document.
DELIVERY TIME
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is defined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Buyers can track their products using the unique delivery number, which will be provided in an email. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. Ltd, reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order due to force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, BEV - STERIOTI Bros. does not hold responsible.
PRODUCTS
The delivery of products purchased through the Online Store is made throughout Greece and abroad in specific ways per region or volume of product that the customer can choose. The products of the Online Store are sold until the stocks are exhausted. The BEV.GR e-shop can not guarantee the availability of products, but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers about the unavailability of products. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may show deviations due to varying screen types and resolution.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders must be received through the Online Store by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form. Product prices include VAT. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered. When placing the order, the customer is given the opportunity to choose whether the document issued for the order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following details when placing their order: Company Name, Tax ID, Tax Office, Headquarters and Delivery Address and profession. Any changes to the invoicing data can be made until the delivery date is finalised by the dispatch department.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BEV - STERIOTIS Bros., offers for sale the products of the Online Shop in accordance with the present terms of use and the applicable legislation. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. is not liable for any damage or loss caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, other than the obligation to return and replace products in accordance with the provisions set out below. THE BEV - AFOI STERIOTI O. E is not liable for any form of damage (positive, special or consequential, which is indicative and not restrictive, disjunctive and/or cumulative, consisting of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) suffered by the user of the Online Store or a third party from a cause related to the operation or use of the services, pages, services, services, options and contents of the Website and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available through the Website and/or any unauthorized interference by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through the Website. It is expressly agreed that the above causes include possible errors or omissions in the electronic entry of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.), as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any nature, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the Online Shop and/or its services. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. does not bear any responsibility in cases of defective operation of the Electronic Shop or in general impossibility or defective provision of its services due to accidental events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the Electronic Shop and the information and/or services provided through it, as well as to change the ways of searching for information, at its sole discretion. BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. takes all appropriate measures to ensure that access to the Online Shop and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Electronic Shop and/or the individual services for the purpose of carrying out maintenance work on the system without prior notice to the user.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
The use of the Online Store must be used exclusively for legitimate purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Store in accordance with the law, morality and these terms and conditions, and not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it, affect or endanger the provision of services by BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. The visitor/user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. by the improper, illegal or unlawful use of the relevant services.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Each customer of the Online Shop has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the sale without justification, by filling in a relevant withdrawal request, which he/she is obliged to notify BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. by e-mail at info@bev.gr and to return the product purchased within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs are borne by the customer. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both the product and the packaging) and unused. It is also required to be necessarily accompanied by the original proof of purchase or purchase invoice. Prior to any return, the customer must contact the e-mail: info@bev.gr in order to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to set the time of receipt of the product. Refund of the purchase price shall be made in the same manner as payment for the purchase is made within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product in the aforementioned condition. Please note that: On promotional products and previous season products, changes and refunds may not be accepted and the consent of BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. is required.
APPLICABLE LAW & OTHER TERMS
Any provision of the above terms that is contrary to the law, shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. Any concession, granting of a time limit or non-application of one or more of the present terms on the part of BEV - STERIOTIS Bros. shall not be construed as a waiver, temporary or definitive, partial or total, of any right or claim arising from them or from the law. This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
